DPD Shipping: To ensure the quality of our chocolate, we exclusively use DPD EU Shipping.
Melting: We do not replace, refund, or credit products that are melted due to weather conditions. Please consider the weather in your area before ordering.
Damage: Did your order arrive damaged? Please contact us within 72 hours with proof (photo’s) so we can solve this issue for you.
Accuracy: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be accurate.
