Dispatch: We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. (Monday – Friday)
Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and the shipping details.
Carrier Liability: While we use DPD’s services, delays or damage might occur during transit. Please contact us within 72 hours in order to solve this for you.
Claims: In the event of a missing or damaged parcel, please gather as much proof (photo’s) of the damage as possible and contact us within 72 hours.
Chocolate is highly sensitive to temperature. Even with DPD EU Shipping, heat can affect the product during transit.
Customer Responsibility: Please consider the weather in your area when ordering.
No Replacements: We do not replace, credit, or refund products that have melted or been damaged during transport.
Receiver Availability: We highly recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery immediately so the parcel is not left outdoors or in the sun.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.

Because we care about the quality of our chocolate. DPD’s EU network is the fastest and most cost effective way to get your order from our warehouse to yours address, minimizing the time it spends in transit.
While DPD Shipping is fast, we cannot control the temperature during transport or at the delivery point. We do not take responsibility for melted chocolate, so please monitor your tracking information to ensure someone is home to receive the delivery.
